Easy-Sew Rainbow Pillow – Free Pattern

How to Make An Easy-Sew Rainbow Pillow – 3 Easy Steps

STEP 1:

Download and print the PDF pattern from the supplies list above. Cut and assemble the pattern according to the instructions. Then use fabric scissors to cut your fabric pieces.

Cut a front and a back for your rainbow pillow using any fabric you like. I chose cotton fabrics for my pillow and a solid pastel pink for the front and white linen for the back.

STEP 2:

Finish by sewing on any embellishments that you like. I hand-sewed pom-pom fringe to the front of the pillow for colorful arches and used matching thread to hand-sew them in place.

STEP 3:

Sew the right sides of the fabric together using a 1/4-inch seam allowance. Leave at least 2 inches open at the bottom and turn inside out. Fill with Poly-Fil stuffing and hand-sew closed.
