Cinnamon Sugar Pie Sticks are a quick and easy treat to make especially when you’re already in the process of making pies.

Make extra pie dough to make pie sticks or use up dough trimmed from pies you’re already making.

If you need a great crust recipe, get my Flaky Butter Pie Crust recipe here. It’s all butter, no crisco and works great for this recipe.

My kids love them and the ingredients are simple, pie crust dough, melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Pop them in the oven and in minutes they’re ready. They come out soft in the middle and flaky and buttery on the outside.

These Cinnamon Sugar Pie Sticks usually get gobbled up quickly! Check out how to make them below.
