Make refreshing watermelon ginger juice this summer!
This drink tastes great and is chocked full of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin B1, Potassium, Folate, Manganese, Calcium, Lycopene, Magnesium, Copper, and Silica.
It’s a great drink to rehydrate after exercise or to sip on a hot Summer day. The fruits and veggies in this drink also keep well in the refrigerator so you can stock up and make this juice all week long.

The recipe below yields quite a bit, about 1000 ml. of juice (about four 8 oz. glasses). I make this much because my family loves it too but if you have extra you can store it in a tightly sealed container or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Note: This drink is on the sweet side. If you like more tart juice, feel free to reduce the amount of watermelon and add more lemon. Don’t worry about the color of your drink if you reduce the watermelon. Watermelon gives this drink its pink color, so if you reduce it, your drink may look a little more brown but it will still taste great!

I’ve been making fresh juice for my family for 10+ years with a Breville Juicer. Recently I upgraded to a Breville Cold Plus Juicer and I love it! It’s easy to clean and has a large 70 fl. oz. jug with a seal and store lid. If you’d like to check it out, this is the model I purchased on Amazon.
