Banana Pineapple Mango Smoothie

This Banana Pineapple Mango Smoothie is one of our favorite drinks this summer.

I’ve always made fresh juice in my juicer, which my family loves, but I started making smoothies for something different.

This drink is healthy and a great pick-me-up for breakfast, a 3 p.m. snack or to replace that bowl of ice cream in the evening.

I’m always looking for ways to get more fruit into my family’s diet. My kids rarely grab fruit for a snack so rather than fight them, smoothies have become a great option.

I like this drink not just because it tastes great but because there are very few seeds compared to a regular berry smoothie.

This smoothie couldn’t be easier to make,. I buy a bag of tropical frozen fruit either Welch’s Brand or the Tropical Blend from Aldi’s. It usually contains pineapple, mango, strawberries and papaya. Depending on the brand it may contain raspberries.

I also add plain greek yogurt for a boost of protein but regular yogurt works fine too.

If you’re looking for a smoothie blender, you can check out the one I bought here. It’s a personal size blender and it works great.
