Game Day Fries are way better than frozen french fries any day. They’re easy to make and great alone as an appetizer or served as a side dish. We call them Game Day Fries because that’s usually when I make them.

I use organic russet potatoes. I wash but don’t peel, slice, bake and we have fries in about 30-minutes.

You can put any spices you like on them but I’ve found a combination that really makes these a great seasoned fries ready for dipping.

And if you’re having a big group over you might want to double the batch. They go quick!
