Make delicious, tangy orange-glazed chicken in minutes!

This sweet, tangy sauce elevates pan-cooked chicken and is perfect for quick and easy summertime dinners.

You’ll need a bag of oranges for this recipe. Depending on the size you will need 6-12 seedless oranges for 1-1/2 cup of juice. I prefer the sweetness of Cara Cara oranges, but navel oranges work well too.

I also prefer chicken tenderloins, which I cook and then cut into bite-sized pieces. Below is the recipe to make this deliciously simple sauce.

3. Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the spoon. The sauce will reduce to about 1/2 cup.
4. While the orange glaze is simmering, cook the tenderloins or diced chicken in a skillet.
5. Add a tablespoon of orange zest to your finished sauce and toss the cooked chicken in the sauce to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve orange-glazed chicken over rice or cooked vegetables like broccoli and enjoy.
