Sausage and Veggie Foil Packs are quick and easy to make, requiring only five simple ingredients and a handful of spices!
This hobo dinner is a healthy meal you can easily cook in the oven, on the grill, or over an open campfire.
I’ve been making quite a few sausage and veggie foil packs lately because there is little to no clean-up after all of the prep is done.
I just stick them in the oven and dinner is ready in about 45 minutes. We like to eat them straight out of the foil which means no dishes to clean. Even the baking sheets are still clean after baking.

Use any sausage you like. My family likes Mild Italian Sausage, especially this brand from Aldi. (Fyi: I’m not promoting Aldi just sharing what I used in this recipe 🙂
This easy meal idea is great for busy evenings. To save even more time, you can make packets ahead. Just prep them in the morning (or the day before), refrigerate, and bake them later.
