Marinade for Grilled Portabella Mushrooms hero image

Marinated Portobello Mushroom Burgers are great on the grill. If you’re looking for a meatless Monday dinner idea or just a healthier burger option, give this recipe a try.

These burgers are delicious, healthy, and filling. Add lots of your favorite toppings and serve them with Zesty Pepperoni Pasta Salad or Classic Potato Salad and dinner’s done.

This is an easy meal for busy weeknights. Marinated Portobello Mushroom Burgers grill up juicy and flavorful in about 20 minutes.

The marinade recipe is simple and made with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. I like to let them marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling. For extra flavor, you can also brush on more marinade while grilling.
