The marinade recipe is simple and made with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. I like to let them marinate for at least 30-minutes before grilling. For extra flavor, you can also brush on more marinade while grilling.

Here's What You'll Need

Gas or charcoal grill

INGREDIENTS

4-5 portobella mushrooms
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1. Rinse to clean the mushrooms and pat dry with paper towel.
2. Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.

3. Place mushrooms in a large dish and pour marinade over mushrooms to coat.
4. Let marinate for 30-minutes.
5. Grill about 10-minutes on each side on medium-high heat until tender. Brush on marinade while grilling for extra flavor.
6. Serve on a whole grain bun with toppings and enjoy.
