Make A Small Suede Flower – 4 Easy Steps

STEP 1:

To make a small suede flower, print out the template from the Supplies List above and cut out seven petals. Do not worry about making them perfect.

STEP 2:

Fold each petal in half and use a dab of E6000 on the inside end as shown below. Use metal binder clips to hold each petal in place and let it dry for at least 25 minutes.

and let dry for at least 25 minutes.
Secure with clips while drying.

STEP 3:

Glue the petals using E6000 to a suede circle (about .75″ in diameter). When all of the petals are in place, let it sit for a few minutes, then add a generous amount of glue to the center of the flower and sprinkle beads or pearls onto the center. Let the completed flower dry for at least 25 minutes.

Glue petals to a round base of suede.

STEP 4:

Use E6000 to glue your choice of beads to the center of the flower.

TIP: To add the flower to a headband, I recommend gluing wrapped twine to the headband first for a good base for your flower to adhere to.
