Make a few Reindeer Bean Bags to give as Christmas gifts!

In my quest to make handmade gifts, I came up with the idea to make a few beanbags as stocking stuffers for my kids.

I played bean bag toss quite a bit when I was a kid and thought that my kids may enjoy this retro game too (notice I didn’t say old!).

These bean bags were so easy to make and I love how they came out! Who wouldn’t want a few of these cute little guys in their Christmas stockings?

Note: Do not give these bean bags to very young children (under the age of 5), the buttons and other embellishments pose a choking hazard.

How to Make Reindeer Bean Bags

I’ve put together a PDF with easy instructions and templates. I used a sewing machine but if you don’t have one they would be fairly easy to sew by hand. Click here to download the Reindeer Toss Bean Bag Pattern.

Fill your bean bags with a Bean Bag Filler (made of plastic pellets), dried beans, or rice. Rice is lighter in weight and a great option for smaller kids.
